Flipnote hatena on dsi connectivity.?

I tried logging on to the flipnote hatena website directly from flipnote studio on my dsi but I got a code 340611 could not gather data. When I do it manually from my dsi browser it worked I was able to watch a flipnote. I tried from the wifi in town and it worked than. I have hughes net so could that be it.
