Student loans, who is best to use?

I am 19 years old. I went to school for one year in florida, and i realized i spent way way too much going there. My parents are un willing to give me there information again so i can not fill out fasfa, but since i already have a parent plus loan i cannot be independent. I need a 3500 student loan, and sallie mae didnt approve me w/o a co signer. Do you know of any where I can get a 3500 loan w.o a co signer?
