How do I become an NFL player?

I'm 17 years old from Ireland and I really love American football. My team is the packers and my dream is to play for them. I want to know how to get into the sport, well..... I sorta know how to by going to an American high school then college but I'm basically looking for some advice. I'm 6'1.5 175lbs and I'm willing to bulk up to play any position. Any useful answers are welcome. Thanks
