Is CW a whole channel or is it part of a different channel?

Gossip Girl is going to be CW this September and I don't think I have CW (I have Bell ExpressVu) Do i have to order CW or is CW just part of a different channel. If u have CW and u have Bell ExpressVu can u also tell me what number CW is.
