What is the best way to (and cheapest) prepare my dvds so I can post them to a p2p network?

My P2P network is Ares and I have hundreds of DVD's to share and have no clue what to do,every time I try to rip them to my HDD the files are split into Video and audio.How do I combine them or prevent this from happening in the fist place?Thanks for any help in this manner!
