Homeless men being hit by cars?

Last night i was driving home after ingesting large amounts of ald-52. While i was driving, i saw, among other things my car hit a homeless man. When i woke up in the morning i was certain i had imagined it, but open inspecting my car, i found multiple teeth lodged in the right fender along with an arm in the wheel. Upon driving back to the scene of the accident i found the half eaten carc of a homelessman. What should i do, turn myself in or hide the body?
