Anyone who knows Family law. My wife and I are pensioners but have a Judicial Separation and she is taking me?

to court for maintenance. I have an occupational pension and also my OAP. Can she claim from my total income or just from my occupational pension. I seem to remember reading somewhere that a persons OAP cannot be considered when a maintenance order is placed. Answers ASAP please as I am in court in 2 weeks time
