Is Racial Hate Really Dead in America?

Of course it's not. Then again .... racism is natural. It's not politically correct to admit it though. People of a particular race usually prefer the company of the same race. It's no different than blue birds only wanting to socialize with other blue birds and wanting to have NOTHING to do with other types of birds. Humans are the same way. There's no sense in feeling guilty with how we are designed regardless of how the media and government would have us believe to the contrary.
