Should I accept this trade in my Yahoo Fantasy Football League?

I will be giving up Brett Favre, Laurence Maroney and Jared Allen for Micheal Turner, Matt Cell and Fred Robbins (de). I really only need Turner, Cell would be my backup and I would just drop Robbins. I have Aaron Rogers as my starter. Giving up Jaren Allen is hard though. We both have been trying to work this trade out for the past 2 weeks and this is what it has come down to.
