My car was repossessed, am I out of luck?

Am I out of luck? So this is the story-- My car was under mine and my ex husbands name. I fell behind on my payments because of a lay off. Once my car was repossessed I thought I'd just be able to call in and catch up on my payments and get my car back. I was very wrong. They want me to pay it off with them because my ex husband filed for bankruptcy. So I tried to refinance but didn't qualify with my credit history. I tried to have a co-signer but the financial institutions said I couldn't have a co-signer for a refinance unless I had no credit. Ok so went to Plan B. My cousin tried to get the loan for me. Now that's not working because number one they said his name is not on the vehicle and number two they don't refinance repossessed vehicles. I feel as if I've exhausted every option. I am a black male. I was born and raised in GA and now live in Alabama. I am biual, mostly closeted about because I know that my family and most of the people I know would disown me if I came out with it. But what really troubles me is how it seems like so many black people in the south are such s. The modern refractor machines do a marvelous job of prescribing a very accurate prescription for you, and they do it in seconds compared to the 20 minutes it took to do refractions the old-fashioned way.

Texas CPS Investigation?

I have a question about a case, if someone went to the police to file charges about a father touching their baby's pp and laughing and saying "I have to take care of my boys" insinuating and the mom yelled to stop...the police closed the case due to the fact they felt and the mother that there was NO ual intent. He didn't play with himself or take off to the restroom or to be alone. He has now told his wife he meant it as a joke and now realizes he should not have done it and has NEVER done anything like that before. They knew CPS would still do their investigation, however the detective said when they called to set up appt let them know the case had been closed and why. The mom did that and the CPS Investigator said they still do their own investigation, the police investigate for criminal charges and CPS investigates on civil charges. I looked up civil charges vs. criminal and it says civil is usually a monetary penalty whereas criminal is usually prison time. My question is, does anyone have any experience and is it likely that CPS will end up filing charges? I was always under the impression the CPS and the police worked together. He has set up marriage counseling already...any advice will be greatly appreciated. PLEASE no rude responses or get a lawyer fast...it is a very sensitive situation and they need support.

What to feed my baby rabbit?

This morning at about 10:30 I found a baby bunny on my porch. I know they survive best in the wild and the mother only tries to look like she has abandoned her, but in my neighborhood there are TONS of stray cats that I know they would get it. I put it under a bush where I knew the mother was. Then I came home around 5 and there was the bunny on my porch again. I couldn't just leave the little guy so I took her in and got some hay for her to snuggle in and some rabbit pellets. I have no idea how old she is, her eyes are open and she's fluffy and her ears are up. She's about the size of my fist. Can she eat solid food? Or should I do milk in an eye dropper? Ihas my Neon tetra distanced itself from the rest of the others.I have a five gallon tank with only 5 Neon Tetras. Originally I had two. I will give them names so you can keep track of who is still alive. One ped away and our buddy TOTO was left. We gave him two more very young friends and after a WHILE one died. This left us with TOTO and ERNIE. TOTO being much larger than ERNIE. We then got three more roughly the same size as ERNIE. TOTO is significantly larger than the other four. I also believe that TOTO and one other are females b/c they are more round than the others. TOTO is staying in the corner not swimming with the other fish. When I was 17 I allowed a friend to perm my hair so that I could wear it straight. I know now that was a big mistake and my hair has never been the same since. I have professionally gotten my hair permed in desperation because my hair is now half curly at the top and stringy at the bottom. I am really looking for a way to get my hair to either grow back the way it used to or as close to it as I can get so that I can wear it out naturally. You need to balance you body structure with you weight. Why do the windows on my extended desktop monitor auto-minimize when I play a full screen game on the other?

I am running two monitors on Windows XP. They are both connected via DVI to my AGP Geforce 6600 video card. The dual monitors are great, but when I open a full screen game on my primary monitor, any windows open on the other monitor automatically minimize. I can't reopen them without first leaving the full screen game; it seems to defeat the purpose of the dual monitors. I just recently hooked these up, so I am still experimenting. Make a fresh run of wire from your electric panel to a new 8 ft. rod that you drive into the ground. You will be fine at that point from shock. If there is something actually shorting out in your home it will blow that breaker and you can narrow it down from there. You'll need to make sure of a proper Grounding to Earth for this problem to be cleared up though. Older homes used a 4 ft rod. The code for newer homes is 8 ft. They found that with the increase of more sophisticated equipment the longer rods were needed. Please let me know if this was useful to you.

She probably want care for the new toys right now,they really don't like change. Some toys will even scare them. Snakes! That one would have scared mine. Mine always threw anything new off his cage as soon as he got brave enough to throw it off. Make sure she has clean fresh water. Just keep her warm and sits beside her and talk softly ,try not to pick her up till she gets to feeling better.
